For more than 10 years, I have been supporting women from various challenging including survivor from domestic violence, and single mother. Japan is facing the decrease of working population. Therefore, support the women's success In the workplace Is so important. I emphasize the support to balance multiple responsibilities as being mother, wife, and worker. <Training for Career Consultant> Out of 50,000 career consultants, there are only 200 national certified 1st Rank Career Consultant Practitioner who is at the trainer level in Japan. In order to train a career consultant who can provide support clients with high quality performance, we actively provide programs to train 2nd Rank Career Consultant Practitioner who is at skilled competency. |

However, the supervision system to support career counselors are not established well yet. Some counselors provide services and facing clients without having any supervision. Through constructing supervision system and training supervisors and supervisees., I am dedicated to provide quality assured support to clients in Japan. |
